The Great Hall is our showpiece and signature space. The two-story wall of windows frames an inspiring and ever-changing view of Fontenelle Forest. The soaring ceiling is supported by naturally hewn pillars of Douglas fir logs accented by the hall's distinctive wrought iron, earthenware tile, ornamental brass accents and original art. This unique and beautiful room, which is available after-hours, accommodates up to 180 guests and is the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony or an elegant private party, especially when reserved in conjunction with the Forest Room.

The Forest Room is a spacious room with a dramatic stone fireplace and large windows that offer a panoramic view of Fontenelle Forest. Whether you are looking for a special, intimate setting for a wedding reception or a dynamic, technologically enhanced space for a large corporate retreat, this is an ideal choice. This multi-purpose 3,000-square-foot room can accommodate up to 200 guests; it can also be subdivided into three areas for breakout sessions or smaller events. It is equipped with adjustable lighting; Internet access; an audio/visual system with sound, projector and screen; a wet bar and easy access to the adjacent catering kitchen.

Dennis Plaza is an inviting outdoor area available after-hours for parties, weddings and other special celebrations. Rustling leaves, the fragrance of the forest, the moon framed by branches - all of these splendid natural elements combine to create a unique event venue. The Plaza, which is adjacent to the main building, is a semi-circular concrete patio inlaid with brick and surrounded by a low stone wall. It can accommodate up to 200 guests and serves as the entrance to the Riverview Boardwalk and the trails.

Fee: $1,300 or $450 if rented with the Forest Room or Great Hall
During off-season (November 1 - April 30): $1,000

The Conference Room is the perfect place to escape from the office and inspire your team members to think more creatively! This room has a great view, surrounded on three sides with views into the upper canopy of Fontenelle Forest. The room is equipped with a cherry-wood conference table, eighteen leather chairs, Internet access, a monitor for videos and presentations and counter space for food service.

Fee: $50 per hour

Located in Fontenelle Forest and just up the road from the nature center, Camp Brewster offers a tranquil indoor/outdoor setting for retreats, picnics and informal celebrations. The Kiewit Inspiration Lodge is a rustic log cabin that rests under an arching canopy of 200-year old oak trees. The lodge can accommodate up to 80 people and has a stone fireplace, wooden planked floor, porch, modern kitchen and indoor restrooms. The surrounding clearing provides ample space for outdoor recreational activities.

Fee: Monday - Friday $500 • Saturday - Sunday $800
