Are you curious about the relationships between plants and animals that make up the various ecosystems of eastern Nebraska, such as forests, prairies, and wetlands? Have you ever wondered how land and rivers have shaped the people of this region, and how the people have influenced the land and rivers? Do you ever think about our place, not only on this planet, but in our galaxy and the universe? These are some of the themes, topics, and issues that will be explored during Embark: Journey into Nature. Join us for a variety of experiences, including field study, presentations by storytellers and experts, as well as nature journaling and sketching opportunities.
