Wherever you live or travel, the wonders of geology surround you. A rock not only tells us stories of its landscape, it reveals secrets of our earth’s history. In this four-part class for beginners, you will learn to identify rock types and the environments in which they form. Learning samples will be provided. The instructor is Debbie Beck, FNA Naturalist and Licensed Geologist.
